Terms & Conditions /Cancellation & Other Policies of resort
  • All rates mentioned above are quoted on a per-room-per-night basis unless otherwise specified.
  • The above quotation is valid, and room(s) can only be reserved through written communication. Confirmation is contingent upon the receipt of advance payment within the agreed-upon time frame.
  • When making payments via direct transfers, traveler's cheque, or swift transfer, the full stipulated amount should be reflected in our bank account at least 24 hours prior to guest arrival. Any associated bank charges are to be borne by the client.
  • Our Management reserves the right to release bookings without prior notice if advance deposits are not received within the agreed-upon time frame.
  • In cases where a booking is made without advance payment, and due payments are planned upon arrival, the resort Management has the prerogative to refuse or release rooms in the event of non-payment of the agreed-upon advance amount during confirmation.
  • For online bookings through international portals, guest check-in is subject to prior information receipt from the portal and payment receipt from the online portals before check-in. Please verify this detail with the online portal companies.
  • Our resort management is not liable for accommodation refusal due to non-receipt of proper reservations through our sales offices and timely payments. Guests are advised to confirm their reservations with our sales offices immediately after booking through any online portal.
  • No refunds will be issued for lost days resulting from adverse travel conditions such as inclement weather. Guests are strongly recommended to purchase relevant travel insurance.
  • The resort management reserves the right to offer alternative or similar accommodation in case of overbooking or unavailability of rooms due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
  • Our resorts cannot be held responsible for any mishaps, damages, injuries, or loss of life during indoor/outdoor adventures, safaris, activities during the stay, transit, before check-in, or after check-out.
  • Guests are advised to wear loose-fitting clothing for river activities and adventure sports for their comfort. Dress comfortably with loose trousers, Bermudas, track pants, sweatshirts, or T-shirts, and sport shoes. Tight jeans or trousers and leather shoes are discouraged. Winter requires warm woolen clothes and jackets.
  • Any necessary inoculations, prophylactics, or medications are the sole responsibility of the client. Please consult your doctor before traveling. "Doctor on call" is an outsourced paid service.
  • Since only a few rooms are designated as non-smoking, please specify your preference when booking. Smoking is prohibited in public areas like the restaurant and public toilets and is only allowed in designated open areas.
  • For Safari bookings, we require the names of all participants along with one individual's ID proof at least 15 days in advance. However, all park bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and weather conditions permitting. No refunds will be provided once a booking is confirmed.
  • The resort cannot be held responsible for any cancellations, delays in permits/entry, strikes, or other reasons by the Forest Department/Park authority. Safaris can also be booked directly online by clients on State Tourism websites.
  • Please provide us with your arrival timings at least one day before check-in to ensure all arrangements are in order.
  • Playing light music or any form of music in open areas is strictly prohibited. Folk dances or tribal dances may be performed with permission from local authorities in soundproof halls. DJ/Orchestra/Karaoke/dances must be booked through the resort, and an additional charge may apply for soundproof hall rental if clients bring their own music arrangements.
  • Food and accommodation for drivers may be available on a chargeable basis. Drivers are strictly prohibited from entering guest areas in the resort without permission from the resort manager. They can stay in the driver dormitory when available.
  • Guests or groups in charge are responsible for any damages to room equipment, including electrical appliances, mirrors/glass panes, door locks, furniture, cutlery, utensils, or other items within the resort premises. These charges must be settled during check-out.
  • Accompanying maids, babysitters, or servants can stay in guest rooms at the same rate as guests. Our resorts do not provide separate accommodation for maids/babysitters/servants for security reasons.
  • Check-in time is 13:00 hours, and check-out time is 11:00 hours, unless otherwise specified. Late check-out beyond 12:00 hours will be charged at 25% of the per-night rate. Further delays beyond 15:00 hours will be charged at the full-day rate.
  • American Plan (AP) includes Bed, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Please observe all buffet meal timings posted at the reception in each resort. Lunch will always be vegetarian.
  • Any additional services beyond the above inclusions are chargeable as per the resort's rate card.
  • The Management reserves the sole discretion to change, amend, or alter rates and inclusions without notice during long weekends, festive periods, New Year, Christmas, and other peak seasons.
  • The payment policy for FIT/group/conference bookings is 50% advance at the time of confirmation, with the balance due at check-in, unless otherwise specified and pre-approved.
  • In case of non-payment at check-out, the resort reserves the right to take appropriate measures and involve local authorities in resolving such matters.
  • For any TDS deducted in group bookings by the agent/corporate, a certificate must be issued three months before the tax filing months.
  • The taxes mentioned are as per the current Government applicable taxes. Any tax hikes by the government will be payable by the client.
  • Rights of admission are reserved. The resorts have the authority to refuse accommodation to guests in the event of misbehavior, excessive drunkenness, scanty baggage, or lack of proper identification. Pets are allowed in the resorts but not permitted in guest rooms.
  • Guest vehicles are parked at their own risk in the provided car parks.
  • Guests who wish to use our swimming pool facilities must strictly wear swimming costumes/trunks for hygiene reasons.


Cancellation Terms:
  • Accommodation will be provided only for the booked dates, and no refunds will be entertained for unused nights or early check-outs. Postponement of dates is considered equivalent to cancellation.
  • No refunds will be issued for Safari Costs, regardless of the reason.
  • All bookings are non-refundable during blackout dates (Dusshera Holidays, Christmas & New Year holidays, Holi, and long weekends) for stays on those dates.
  • All Booking are Non-refundable whatsoever may be the reason.
